First Stakes Winners for MADJANI

Shadwell Arabian Stallion MADJANI has had hid first two Stakes winners in less than a month.

HANDASSA (Madjani x Ziva) became his sire's first Stakes winner on Sunday 14th June at Duindigt Racecourse (Netherlands) when winning the Shadwell Arabian Stallions Stakes, Listed PA, by two lengths. 

Bred by Shadwell France, the 5 yo colt had previously won 2 races in France and finished 3rd in the Doha Cup (Prix Manganate), Gr.1 PA, in 2014.

HANDASSA is trained by François Rohaut and was ridden on the day by François-Xavier Bertras. 

On the 11th July, RB FRYNCH BROAD (Madjani x Frynch) became MADJANI's first Stakes winner in USA. The 4yo daughter of the Darley Champion FRYNCH won the CRE Run Oaks Arabian Distaff Stakes, Gr.2 at Delaware Park.

RB FRYNCH BROAD has started her career in 2014 and never finished further than 4th. She was 2nd in another Gr.2 contest, the Texas Yellow Rose Stakes, in February. Bred by Dianne K Waldron, RB FRYNCH BROAD is trained by Guy Smith and was ridden on the day by Keiber Coa. 

MADJANI (Tidjani x Salama) stands at Haras de Saint Faust (France).
